Terms & Conditions

1. Parties

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between BondMesh DOO, a company registered in the Republic of Serbia (Vidska 7/23 Voždovac, 11000 Belgrade) ("BondMesh", "we", "us", "our"), and you as an individual user or, if you are accessing the website on behalf of an organisation, that organisation ("you", "your").

2. The Website and Services

The bondmesh.com website (the "Site") provides information about BondMesh DOO and its products, in particular BondMesh Command — an autonomous AI security analyst platform currently in pre-commercial development ("the Platform"). The Site also enables interested parties to register for Early Access to the Platform.

The Platform is not yet commercially available. Any Early Access granted under these Terms is provided on a pre-commercial, non-production basis solely for evaluation and feedback purposes.

3. Eligibility

Use of this Site and participation in any Early Access programme is limited to:

• Individuals who are at least 18 years of age;
• Individuals acting on behalf of a validly existing legal entity;
• Persons not located in a jurisdiction where such use would be prohibited by applicable law or regulation.

4. Early Access Programme

4.1 Nature of Early Access

Submission of an Early Access request does not constitute a contract for the provision of services and does not guarantee access to the Platform. BondMesh reserves the sole and absolute discretion to accept or decline any Early Access request and to determine the terms on which Early Access is granted.

4.2 Early Access Agreement

If your Early Access request is approved, you will be required to enter into a separate Early Access Agreement with BondMesh specifying the scope, duration, permitted use, confidentiality obligations, and any applicable fees. These Terms continue to apply alongside any such agreement.

4.3 Pre-commercial nature

The Platform is provided in early, pre-commercial form. It may contain bugs, incomplete features, or limitations. Early Access participants acknowledge that the Platform is not intended for production security operations environments without BondMesh's explicit written approval.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, animations, and code — is the property of BondMesh DOO or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws of the Republic of Serbia and applicable international conventions.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this Site without BondMesh's prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law or as expressly authorised in writing by BondMesh.

The BondMesh name, logo, and product names are trademarks of BondMesh DOO. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or any BondMesh service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or data;
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material;
• Scrape, index, or copy Site content by automated means without BondMesh's written consent;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• Interfere with the operation of the Site or the servers and networks connected to it.

7. Confidentiality

Any non-public information disclosed by BondMesh in connection with an Early Access programme, including but not limited to technical architecture, product roadmaps, pricing, and unreleased features, constitutes confidential information. You agree to keep such information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without BondMesh's prior written consent.

8. Feedback

If you provide BondMesh with feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other input regarding the Platform or Site ("Feedback"), you grant BondMesh a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into its products and services without any obligation to you.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THEREON ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR AVAILABILITY.

BONDMESH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. INFORMATION ON THE SITE REGARDING THE PLATFORM'S FEATURES AND CAPABILITIES IS FOR ILLUSTRATIVE PURPOSES AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION AS TO CURRENT OR FUTURE FUNCTIONALITY.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BONDMESH AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY EARLY ACCESS PROGRAMME, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

BONDMESH'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO BONDMESH IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR EUR 100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BondMesh and its directors, employees, partners, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only. BondMesh does not endorse or accept responsibility for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party site. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to those sites' own terms.

13. Modifications

BondMesh reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or Early Access programme after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should cease using the Site.

14. Termination

BondMesh may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any Early Access programme at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, and 16 shall survive termination.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia. Where you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have the right to use online dispute resolution mechanisms available in your jurisdiction.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Early Access Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and BondMesh with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
